Shipping and Handling

Freight charges are on a flat fee basis. For orders outside of our coverage zone, shipping can be quoted via one of our service agents, and offer many different service levels ranging from curbside to white glove. 

For territories that are on a flat percentage charge, please be aware that the percentage will be calculated based off the wholesale cost.

When delivering goods to a recipient or final destination, Ella + Ross cannot accept liability for any damages sustained to the item(s) once the shipment has been tendered to and signed for by the recipient. The responsibility lies with the recipient to carefully unpack, inspect, and sign for the shipment on behalf of their customer. In the event of any damages discovered during the inspection process, the receiving company must make note of them on the Bill of Lading and promptly notify us. Ella + Ross relinquishes responsibility for damages once the items have been transferred from the receiving company, provided there are no damages noted on the original Bill of Lading. Claims will not be considered once the merchandise has been redelivered to the final destination.

Depending on your region, Ella + Ross may provide comprehensive white glove delivery service quotes for all orders, offering cost savings and eliminating the need for an additional stop at the receiver prior to delivery. This option comes highly recommended.

Delivery Policy for Trade Program Customers:

We charge 10% of the total sale price as delivery costs for all trade program customers.

Additional Fees for Locations Lacking a Loading Dock

We inquiry all trade program customers to provide a location with a loading dock in order to guarantee the seamless and efficient delivery of our products. If a loading dock is not available at the delivery location, please note that additional charges may apply to cover the extra handling and logistical arrangements required to complete the delivery.
